I am finally finishing up a batch of headlight rings just like the ones pictured. This batch is slightly better than the previous ones I have built. The tab on the bottom is much longer and has a 3rd. bolt hole there for more mounting possibilities.
I have only 2 sets that are not spoken for. This will most likely be the last ones that I make.
The first 2 people to contact me and Paypal the money will get these last 2 sets.
A set includes 2 small rings and 2 large rings.
The price is 250 + 10 shipping anywhere in the continental US. If you're international I can quote the shipping for you.
The quickest way to get a hold of me is srsrocket@gmail.com my paypal address is jeff@jayracing.com
Thanks, Jeff
PS. Chris, Your small rings will be done too ;D

Update: One set sold, one set left
Thanks, Jeff
-
I hope mine come in ::sad if not there will be no more to buy if Jeff quits making them :'(

I have had 2 people message me wanting this last set. When I tell them to PayPal me the money and I'll send them out, all I hear are crickets.
The first set has been paid for. The second set will be sold to whoever pays first. I am not holding these anymore for someone who just says they want them, money talks.
Thanks, Jeff
-
Both sets have been paid for.

Totally pleased to say that a set of these arrived in the UK this week , ;D
They are excellent and are the essential finishing detail for headlights.

I have one person that is interested in a set of rings. I said I wasn't going to make anymore of these, but I just might. I really would like to have 4-5 buyers before I start, are there any other builders interested? Price would be $275 a full set of 4 rings. These rings require lots of tooling, fixtures, setups and operations, very time consuming.
Lemme know, Thanks, Jeff

Hi Jeff, im fixing up an LP640 (G28) and would love a set. can you pm me with your contact info? i will buy 1 or 2 sets immediately. Thanks ::rocker

I might have another person interested..

I already have enough interest to proceed. I'm asking for a $50 deposit thru paypal to secure your orders. Paypal address is jbrob27@aol.com
These should be done around December 1st. But I want to get the deposits before I start. ::thumbup
Thanks!

66 holes in a set of large rings. One reason these take a while. ::zzzzz

Looking good brother! ::thumbup

Can you imagine back when people had to use a manual mill and a indexing table to drill something like these rings? Now that was some work! By the way, nice job.
-
Those look amazing!!! I'm kicking myself for not seeing these when you offered them up for a second run! If you ever decide on a third run of these count me in! I'm a machinist myself, and can appreciate the time Blkbat put into these these. The fact that I'd be willing to pay for these when I can make them myself speaks volumes about what an amazing deal these are for the work that has gone into them! Keep up the good work!!! ::wave

I knew this would happen so I am making one extra set. Whoever sends the deposit first, gets them. One other guy emailed me and I replied, but I didn't hear back.

These are worth every penny. There is nothing even close to these available. I finally finished my buckets and the are the best addition a person can make!
Its a bad picture should have cleaned the lights first, but you can see how they look!
-
Wow!!! Makes me feel a lot better about my purchase! Where did you get your buckets and lenses from? Looks amazing!!!
-
Better than oem ::bounce
I'd think oem owners would be all over these as well
-
Thanks for all the complements!
Here's some more progress.
