That engine / transmission combination looks simply awesome!  This bad boy is going to scream going down the road.

New motor transplant! Pulling the Audi 4.2 and putting in the 5.3 LS and Audi 01E tranny. Using a cathedral port headed LS, Corvette intake (facing backward), Camaro/Later Corvette style oil pan, Seimens Deka IV 60lb injectors (for twin turbo down the road), stainless headers through Capristo Murci mufflers,  new custom LS harness and custom tune on the stock computer. Eric at Kit Car Chassis made the adapter.

Here are a few more pictures for the picture readers! Transferring it to the new shop, stripping the quarters off the car and prepping for the new ones to be installed soon (hopefully)

Been a long time since I've posted anything so I'll try to get caught up over the next couple days! Had to upgrade my shop since the last time I was on here for more room. Decided to go a different direction once again on the build. I was having trouble tuning the VEMS on the Audi 4.2 and where I live nobody around here has a clue how to do it so I decided to go with a 5.3 LS. I had the fun of removing the remaking quarter sections off the car (this was a total nightmare I suggest not doing it if have the option) the Lambo glue was something not of this earth! But anyway got it all off. I'll continue to post over the next day or so to get the thread back up to date! And for the non readers here are some pictures.  ::beers

So I changed directions again on my build! Going back with the LP640 look & changing out the Audi 4.2 to a 5.3 or 6.0 LS. Here is a YouTube link to the sound of the 4.2 motor running through my Capristo exhaust

Few more pictures before I change it up again! Ordered a full custom engine wiring harness that will take about a month to have made and after that most everything will be on the drive train so nothing mich to show for a few months.
Very Nice work!
