CARLISLE 2016

Thumper:
Looks like I missed a fun time again this year.  One of these days, moving up to the Carlisle area, hopefully with a finished car.  Still plugging away though...   :CSS

88: For me, getting to the "Show" and back home safely, rates pretty much up the scale.  Bringing a partially built replica to a show, talking to dozens of tire kickers explaining the how did I make this and why I am crazy to make this my hobby.... Priceless!! ::bounce ::tongue :LL: ::thumbup ::sun :CSS :drool ::headbang ::LAMBO ::LAMBO ::LAMBO

88 my friend, it was a good show? I have a Rule of Thumb about car shows. If you take the number of cars at the show that I am interested in seeing, then multiply that number by ten, that final number must be higher than the number of dollars that it took for parking and admission. Do you also think that Danica Patrick is a good racecar driver?

( we put 10 each anyway) that was 8 years ago,

Thanks I'll remember that one now. I haven't been able to make it out due to a conflict. However I might be able to make it this year.
