REMOTE MOUNTED LEDS FOR LIGHTING

My son in law gave me some miniature LEDs that can be remotely mounted on a PC board and has fiber optic cable to run where ever you want a light.  These were small red 3.0 volt leds  with 3" fiber optic cable attached and will require a resistor inline.  Using a little ingenuity on our part we could use larger leds and larger fiber optic cable to give a brighter light.  (This would work very well on a Diablo which has all of the indicator and warning lights over the gauges)
