I am not 100% certain but I think the Countach, Diablo and Murcielago *MAY* be the same. You'll need to do some digging for sure.

Here is some info on the OEM Countach part: http://www.eurospares.co.uk/partTable.asp?M=2&Mo=656&A=2&B=38016&S=

Some of the correct Mercedes models for the Murci are listed here: Off-the-Shelf Parts for the Murcielago

Here are some I got for my mine: http://lamboclone.com/index.php?topic=1516.msg15131#msg15131

All of that aside, with a little ingenuity, you can make a lot of stuff work. it really depends on how picky you are about that exact OEM look.

I have OEM Lamborghini Latches and the leverage is bit different , but like Pines said a little work you can do .

actually rear latches are same, some may have child proof lever. I send a pair to Beyond Customs he just took the tiny lever off

This is such a great website! Thanks BigPines and notnilc20... and Eddie - how much do you want for yours? I'll have a look on ebay for the W126 too. Cheers everyone.

Hey there, if you search ebay for Mercedes W126 door latch you will find some. I've heard to only use the front doors too as the rear diors are different but that's just what i've heard. May only be a coupe anyway ;)

If I don't have time to do it right, when will I have time to do it over?

Thanks Tallon! I have heard you can use Mercedes latches and strikers for the Countach. Do you know what year/model does work?

Hi - do you still have these for sale? If so, I'm interested (I'm guessing they'll be ok on my Countach)

These latches and striker are the same exact latches and striker that are used on the real car. I'm almost ready to get started on my doors. They're a direct fit on my body. You can modify the G28 doors to make these work as well. The latches are in good working order and can be easily cleaned up. They're $180 shipped.
