It's a Styrofoam buck.  It's solid Styrofoam.  (As I recall, help me out guys), you will have to prep the Styrofoam to a smooth finish and then you have to coat it with paint that will not eat into the Styrofoam and then fiberglass it to make your sectional molds.  Once the molds are made, then you bolt them together, apply mold release/wax and spray gelcoat layers in the mold and then layer up the molds with fiberglass matting.  You are probably looking at over $10K to get your first pull car body.  Do you have skills in mold making?  This is an expensive process and costs more that purchasing a body kit.

My schedule is wide open, looking to fill with some projects. willing to do a car body buck out of styrofoam for 3600. the huracan roadster would be nice but any car you can think of is possible. maybe even a custom design. you can contact me at nate@inspireautomotive.us or 7084151276
