I ::LAMBO want to make my engine bonnet clear, did andone do this yet? If so did you use glass? ::K

I made mine from tempered glass. Dont use plexiglass or Lexan, they will sag within a day under their own weight, not to mention the heat from the engine and sunlight.

what shape will i need to find? will i have to get it cut, or where can i find that glass? thanks for all and ally help. You rock.

You wont find the shape anywhere, it'll have to be custom made. Ant glass shop will do it. Take them the patterns of the shapes you want cut, tell them how thick you want it (specify you want auto glass, it'll have the green tint) and tell them you want it tempered with all edges polished. Prices vary from shop to shop, expect to pay about $150 for each piece (2 req'd).

Mark already said his lexan louvers won't sag in years let alone a day from the heat or weight if done right
