I am not looking to use donor glass, done it before and stress fractures happen alot over time.  I'd like to have it done right the first time.  My glass budget is around 10k so lots of room to work with.

Murci-me, what is the glass company you are talking about?

Yup, thats the problem with the Aventador kit, theres no glass available for it. Autotemp can make the side glass for you, its 1K to do the set-up, and then about $80 per piece of glass to produce it. For the front windshield, its about a 5K set-up charge, and then each windshield would cost about $300.
Dont even waste your time with a template at the junkyard, there is no donor in existance that will even be close. The Aventador windshield is about 6" longer than the Murcielage windshield, the Maxima donor we use will be way to small in height and width. Same problem with the sides, the Aventador side glass is 4 1/4" longer than the Murcielago, and 14" tall with a compound curve. There is no donor even close for Murcie side glass, same with the Aventador.
This is the main reason I wont do an Aventador kit, along with there are no interior pieces availble for them either.
I hope you have deep pockets, or are not in a hurry to finish.

If you have a template, you should spend a day in a junkyard and look for something that might have the same curvature but be cut down.  Once you found a donor, you could take them to someone who could water jet the exact size from the donor.  It would be worth investing in a jig to hold the glass and having them write a program for replacement or extras to sell.  The sides would much easier than a windshield but at least this gets you half way there.

AGP needs a whole lot of money and you have to buy a minimum. Expensive but probably cheaper than getting an OEM glass at the end.

Anyone in the glass business? need dot safety glass windshield made for the Aventador and side windows.  I don't want lexan, need real glass.  Will provide forms for shaping the molds.
