would there be an interest of buying Alfa column complete NO steering wheel ? I can get one unfortunately I'm not sure what would the Junk yard charge. and its about 50 miles from my cave.
-
What sort of price? Would that include stalks?
Cheers Peter
-

Hi eddie
Just noticed that it's a 164 Milano is this the one used in the Diablo because looking at some pictures it looks different but it could be the pictures that I have.
-
Looks like it’s same as 164 , I can’t 100% verify. I do use it on my roadster and Marcello’s column covers Fit over. If reasonable I would take out even the sector that you need to link to Gm steering Rack U joint .
I’ll let you guy know

here's picture of my Alfa column
-
Looks the part
-
well bastard job to get it out. So column, both stalks, sector shaft ,(upper only) I could not get to the steering rack to undo lower sector. I removed the steering wheel and cut off . Saved only the center hub . you can get wheel adapter and mounted to hub , on my I got the hub machined to 3.5" round. oh ignition switch incl. but no key ,you cen get it cut at local locksmith
took old BMW wheel drilled hoes to match adapter. Bada Bing Bada boom.
if you interested PM re price and your zip so I can get price on shipping.

here is how does it look when use of the Alfa steering wheel center hub when machine off to 3.5" this eliminates buying after market hub . this is Grant wheel, right now I'm using BMW wheel so I dont care if its get messed up
