Hey Thanks for replying. There is a you tube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzOzlre54cI) .Showing exactly that. I just don't know if it was ever working correctly to begin with. My dad bought it 20+ years ago and I never saw him drive it. He got more interested in a GT 40 build.

It could be that the slave cylinder is bad and not depressing the clutch sufficiently to release the clutch. With a hydraulic clutch if there is not sufficient fluid it won't work properly. As his note said, check everything from clutch reservoir, lines and slave cylinder. Should be easy enough to diagnose.

I have just acquired to the best I can gather is a 1997 SCE Diablo Roadster from Shelby Custom Exotics. The clutch is not working. In the notes from the owner he has "Look to get more throw,Remove Master,Slave and Line. This is an Lt-1 with a Porsche G-50. Has any one out there had one of these and why would I need to move clutch hydraulics if the car was driving? Thanks!

Doors / Re: Ideas for outer door latch

Wow, whoever did that latch install did it completely backwards. The latch should have been on the door and the strike on the jamb. I guess they had a 50/50 chance of getting it right lol.

well, the original door lock button  was square and the Peugeot 505 trunk button is very similar, 25 years ago I used it on my Coutach 25th

Hi@all,

I have a somewhat unconventional door latch setup in my car. It consists of just a metal rod connecting the inner push button directly to the exterior of the vehicle.  :sosad You can see the details in the attached pictures.

I’m considering using aftermarket locks from an old Audi 100 for an upgrade. These locks would ideally be installed on the topside of the "tunnel" (see picture). However, I’m open to better suggestions regarding lock types, manufacturers, or alternative solutions.  ::scratch

My main concern is figuring out how to connect everything together effectively. If anyone has experience with a similar setup or can share their solution, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone,
I’m the newest member here and proud owner of a Countach replica built by Demetrios over two decades ago. While the car is an amazing piece of work, there are a few minor issues that need attention. I’m looking forward to getting some advice and occasional support from you experienced builders and owners.

Cheers
