You did say 600 hp so you will possibly be using a porshe/audi trans axle?  If you include side framing / front bumper / and all of the framing for the lids, covers, headlights, wheelwell, radiators, engine support, trans. support, and body supports etc.  I would estimate $4k - $5k easy.

$1250.00 - $1550.00 stretch , then reinforcement metal /support framing welding $1000.00

Once you stretch the fiero body how much does it cost to have the steel plates weld and how much does the steel cost?
What is a fair price to do the stretch then weld the steel to the chassis to handle 600hp engine?
