Those additional pictures do tell more of the story of what you're dealing with.  Considering all of the pictures I've seen and every different way that I would personally fix this issue if this were my car, I can say with certainty that the door(s) can be saved...

I would be more than happy to write out my considerations, but I remember you've mentioned that you are not a body craftsman, and from what I see, some of the techniques required to execute this repair would demand a particular skill set. 

Have you consulted with any auto body specialists near you or are you trying to gain as much knowledge before hand so you have a plan in mind when you're ready to completely fix the issue?

Looking at your most recent pics now, those doors need to be cut apart and re-done  to fit the car.  if there is steel frame  along that upper section, you won't  be  able to move it without some serious  door surgery.   it will definitely  be easier  for your to purchase  a new set of doors and start over.   that's  option 1

option 2 would be to remove the doors and cut them apart.  once cut apart  (you'll  have alot of cleaning up to do) then bolt back on the inner door so you can see where you need to cut, bend, glass the door to fit the car.

How does the door match up in the other areas surrounding?

It looks like you will have to add more fiberglass/kitty hair bondo and fill in that gap. Then repaint the doors.

Thanks for the extra pictures.  Does the top of the door frame fit correctly at the top?  Your door looks like it has too much clearance at the front and rear and bottom front.  You may have to have the opening reworked to fit the door.

I had the same problem with one of my old builds. It ended up that the body was out of line/sagging in the front, I had to lift the front end of the body and make new mounting points and it closed the gaps. But keep us updated on how you fix it. Thanks Armyman

Can you post external pictures of the door at the hinge area, the door at the top of the windscreen, the door at the latch area, and the door at the front bottom?  Also, include a picture of the latch on the door and the striker.  That should help us see what your options are.

So i am trying to correct a problem that the builder did not fix.

IT looks like the Doors are shrunk XD

I try to allign the Doors and i get a big gap under the door and the roof area is sticking out.

Are the door wrong Or do i need to get them shaved and Redone on the body work?
