that is oem it's just that the oem shoulder is a little wider
all other measurements are correct
oem even has the angle

You need a ball nose endmill. Clamp the part in a vise and use a drill press to create the dimple. Or use a bridgeport style mill if you have access to one.

this is for narrow g28, oem would be wider.
from murcie me as well I'm guessing correct me if I'm wrong
Ok it took awhile for me to search for this.. do you get the circle in there with a "Freud Round Nose Bit"?

I think the measurments I have are from murcie-me, a lot of his older stuff is still under the pile at MM. Including the pocket the latch sits in. I'd like to know what is needed to make the actual mechanism, though.

Ill take measurements and post few pics of mine, yes they are very simple to make ,,, I bought mine from Lambochic over on MM but after I got them it was like , "why didn't I just make these?" but I did not have measurements etc...

It seems like the oem handle is simple to make and the dimensions for it are all over the place so why not
An alternative for the interior would be nice, though, and it looks like something like this would probably work. Can't tell how big it is, though.

What handles are people using on the exterior of the car? I seen the c3 corvette is a similar design. It appears to be a bit to large but I wonder if it can be reworked to fit...
