Finally finished molding my door handles this past weekend and I manage to get one installed today.  Made some standoffs and bonded them in place with some duraglas.  I was also able to adapt the lock cylinder from my Passat and used it in the original position of the door handle.

I bought a USB charger and a USB and audio jack input for my stereo.  I decided to put it at the back of my glove box tray.  Here's how they look installed.

My good friend Carlos let me borrow the right door handle that I was missing.  I finished molding it last night and I also modified the handle bucket from the left side to fit the right side handle.  I still need to mold the bucket because I wanted to make sure that it would work out first.

I'm pretty happy with how the uprights came out and how the wing sits on them.  I had to make sure that my exhaust lid wing was able to raise and lower without hitting them.  Now that it clears properly I can start making molds.  Right now everything is just taped in place, I still have to figure out how to mount the darn things

I  will be using AN fittings to minimize leaks, thanks for the heads up I'll make sure that I pay special attention to this.

I did buy another cooler for my transmission since it originally had  the lines going through the radiator.  Got a bracket made and mounted it to the back of the engine.  I will be getting different fittings that are angled so i can route the lines a little bit better.   I ordered a fan from a motorcycle that I  will mount to the top of it.

Because of my oil filter hitting the frame I had to get an oil filter relocation kit.  In order to install it I also had to remove the stock oil cooler but since I will be installing a bigger external one I should be ok.  I'll be running the lines to the cooler that was installed in the driver's rocker.  Once I get the lines put in and the filter relocated I'll post more pictures.

Whenever possibel try to use a "L" bracket or smaller filter ect. Remote filters on street cars are nothing but trouble. Just gives the filter a lot more places to suck air or leak and destroy your engine.  They are good in big trucks and racing applications because they are over engineered not to fail but bad on street cars IMO.

Mocking up my steering column, dash support and pedals.  I still need to get the support further in so the steering wheel doesn't stick out so much maybe just a couple of inches more.  The pedals will need to be cut and brought up but it should work out well.

Pedro, your build is so impressive. Everything looks perfectly aligned and your fabrication is stellar. I can't wait to see this thing after paint. Great Job so far.

Thanks bud, I also can't wait to get it painted believe me!  I molded the OEM grills and those are the  copies.

Here are some pictures of the way I'm mounting my radiators, in no particular order because of my phone's way of putting them in.  Got them both in today and I'm very happy with how the Porsche fans worked out, it's almost if they were made for each other.

Got my transmission mounts done, final welding will be once I take out the engine and transmission.  Motor mounts should be done this weekend.
