Your window should move up and down the track with little effort, when the lift point(s) are not attached. Binding is probably the problem. With most GM window regulator motors, a ground, and a 12volt positive wire is all that is needed to test  the motor. Simply switch wires to opposite terminal to reverse direction. If you could make a pig tail for testing, this would make trouble shooting faster.

You may need a window relay kit
Try this first

If that doesn't make them fast enough get better motors here

This assumes your car is based on a fiero

Jesse102...
You need to tell us more about what you have tried to make the windows work.
What switch are you using?  I found a problem using a Lambo switch only after I connected the light used in the switch.  The window worked fine until I hooked up the light.  It has to do with the terminals on the switch and the grounds used.  That caused the window to move agonizingly slow when it used to work fine and it was on the down travel only.
Try the methods others here have described.  Start by checking the motor and linkage without the glass either in the door or out of the door.  Step your way through by adding other parts until you find something causing the problem.
You have a lot of very experienced builders here trying to imagine what could be wrong.  You are the only person with the parts in hand.
Look for the problems they have mentioned and see if that helps.

It isn't enough to want a Lambo, you have to want to BUILD A CAR.

Did you build the doors?  (pictures would help a ton)
What kind of regulators are in the door?  motor & gear or cable drive?
Remove the regulator and move the glass up & down to check out channel bind. (use silicone paste in channels)
Remove the regulator out of the door and fasten it in a vise and power the motor in both directions (USE EXTREME CAUTION don't cut off any fingers).  Be safe.

Well if they slowed down more and more over a long period of time your probably going to need new motors.  The electric motors tend to wear down, brushes deteriorate, and the motors can gel up if they aren't used often.  However if it happened rather quickly and you have wire cables in your door regulators the motors use to raise and lower your windows those cables can start to fray and tear up the internal runners for the cables.  Thus they will continue to get slower and slower, stick, then eventually stop if that is the case.  Lastly be sure to check the regulators/tracks and everything else associated with the window while you go the door apart for good measure.  Good Luck and hope this helped.

Were they working previously?  Are your tracks aligned properly?  Cleaned / greased?  More info required about our problem....

Hello, can you specify "no power going up?"  Also "more power."  Kinda of confused are they not going up at all or do you have the windows going up in slow motion for lack of better terms??
