Is anyone using a drill bit sharpener that they would recommend? Can't tell you how much I have spent on drill bits. Spent $16 on 3/8" metal drill bit yesterday and wouldn't even drill one hole. Must have hundreds of dollars of dull bits.

Moving 1986 miles is interesting endeavor, to say the least

At the end of April took the REDO and a bunch of other items to the new location.
At the end of June took another trailer load, tools compressor household goods.

2nd to the last picture shows the REDO current resting spot until the cabana/shop is completed.

Thanks Dario. I do not have any molds but you are more than welcome to come to RI and pull a set if you like. I do have both rear quarters, an oem drivers fender and rear spoiler and a few other parts.

Wow, time goes by so quickly. It's been a couple years since I posed an update... ouch.

I started working on the rear suspension brackets. This has been a little challenging as the C6 corvette control arms are very long and the lower one is at an angle. After some trial and error I was able to get the wheel to sit in the opening where it should be and be in the right location. I still need to add in the rest of the brackets and fully weld everything up. I will post a video at some point with the updates.

Additionally, I picked up an OEM engine cover. I was surprised just how light this thing is and its not even the carbon version. The alignment with the roof section is close but the roof will need some work to make it right.
