Entered into an agreement to buy body from Rob and his partner Joe Griego on June 21st with a deposit to be delivered to my business on August 21st. Paid 1st payment wich totalled 50% of agreed amount on June 22nd. Paid additional 30% of agreed on July27th for a total of 80% of agreed amount. Did not receive body on agreed date and getting the run around with no definative delivery date in site. I am reluctantly starting litigation against Robert Ward and Joe Griego.
