Have you seen the ones on newer cars that come factory? They are more flush with the glass and it looks a lot better.

It might work but there's no telling what the angle will be

I'd suggest skmettuinkike this as it had a pivoting base

Make sure to get the blind spot mirrors that have their own pivoting base so you can adjust them

It's definetly hitting the glass but that is another issue. With the glass moved all the way like in the picture, it still is no where near being lined up. I'm going to try the small round blind spot mirrors. Seems to be the easiest answer.

I can see scratches where the glass is hitting the inside of the mirror housing.  Maybe the glass was installed improperly off center and the adjuster can't move because the glass is hitting. ??

How about making an ABS plastic wedge to sit under the mounts of the entire mirror shell?
It can be polished with fine sandpaper and it shouldn't look out of place.

depending if there oem copy, i found cars that were factory LHD we had to cut and wedge them for RHD... to get viewing angle right with out the mirror glass having to be adjusted all the way one way..

 TonyPaul, I bought a set oem mirrors glass for my roadster from lambodtuff.com $53each and they are factory convex and oneway mirror.  ( you can see through out ,not in) fits well in Marcellos C/F mirrors shell. maybe the  mirror motor is to big in your car???

I have/had the same problem with the mirrors on my Diablo. The cheapest solution is just get some of those small round blind spot stick on mirrors.

This is what I am dealing with, this mirror still doesn't go far enough to see inside the car. These are electric power ones. I have no idea who's. Any ideas?
