Don't worry so much about the exact angles, good welding skills will fix that. The key thing to focus on is the  two 35 1/2" and the 26 11/16" measurements. Keep it all flat and centered using a center line while building. BTW, you have the 1280 and 1285 upside down.

I am starting a layout of my chassis and seem to have some issue with the tubes lining up on the 9120 from upper assembly.  I had to adjust them in order to get them to line up right....  Not sure why I had to do this unless I have something wrong somewhere...

I am using a custom tube chassis, and i went with the QA1 coil over setup,  what i found was that i get 1" compression for every 1000 pounds combined on the rear, my springs are 250lb.(x4)
so if you have an idea of your weight along with the ride height, it will also help in your choice.

I would like to order my coil overs soon and here are some options that I know you guys can help me out with.

I set the ride height of the chassis and the distance from bolt to bolt on the shock mounts was right at 12”.  Jdinner once told me that if I had that measurement then I would need coil overs that were 10” compressed and 14” extended.

I found some coil overs and I have some questions so I would like to hear your opinions.
Does it matter if they come with rod ends or with bushings?  What is the preference here?

I notice you are using C5/C6 spindles. That's what I've chosen to use as well. Did you have to modify the control arms (caster/camber ect)? Or is that what the plans call for?

I like the black wheels too, but the huge rear tires makes my day!

I used what the plans call for on the suspension arms, except I made them an inch shorter on each one to compensate for the differences between the Diablo and the Murcielago.

I love the wide tires also!

Yeah bro we ain't getting a darn thing.

I sent him $1000 extra about 4 months ago so he can get "supplies" and get my stuff to me.

No dice. Still nothing. He says he's too busy. Whatever not my problem. Get me my stuff! I offered to stop by and pick it up with about a week and half notice. Still had not a piece ready.

I really need to get my body mounted before I can continue doing any more work on the chassis.  Since the chassis was designed for the Diablo there were several changes I had to make to it including the suspension arms and mounting locations for the Murcielago’s wheel base.  I’m only going to “soft” mount the body and then remove it to do all that you suggested.  I just want to see how the wheels fit like you said, thanks bro!

Pedro, finish the chassis first and complete suspension, gas tank, hoses electrical, power train, rads  etc.
 put the body on loose just to see how the wheels fit , take it off and finish under carriage first. lot less headaches later. so far so good keep up.
 Yeah what is the plunger ?? had a big one?? Just joking.

Looks great Pedro! I am really excited to see some body panels mounted. Please send pics of whatever you need to add to the frame to get the body mounted.
