Demitri always used Velcro. If that does not grab you (pun intended), I prefer this.

On Countach is not much room for lower part of side glass to come down only few inches. not too many builders did it , most did fixed in lower or full up.
 here is how I did it on my 25th back in days.

Install a window regulator and attach it to the lower section of the window.  Roll up & roll down.

my door windows are a full plexiglass. i am going to make them a to piece window. anybody have a idea how to go about making the bottom part removable . thanks
