There's a bunch on Ebay, just make sure you get the front ones not the rear like I did.  Haha

You can utilize the Mercedes latches.  I believe that the two pictured latches work quite well.  Just make sure that you get the matching strikers that go with the latches.  The first one is a W115 and the second is a W107.  The W107 needs the arm cut down and made to look like the 115.  These are external mounted and are more exact to oem.  Do not purchase rear door latches.  Also there are operational differences.  Maybe other members can post what to buy or not to buy.
