Well, you certainly waited a long time for your Mendeola.  I thought 6 months waiting for me was too long, I can imagine you waiting 2 years wow.  They are worth the wait though.  Love the way your suspension parts came out, great job.

Moving forward on this project. Its hard to find the time to work on the car but i have a few updates.

After waiting 2.5 Years Mendeola finally finished my transaxle. SDR-5 Stage 2 setup for big power and custom input shaft for my high power clutch setup.

Bought a set of real 6.0 wheels and pirelli tires.

I already have the engine. 408 LS1 that will have twin turbos on it. looks like i will be running precision 6266 mirror image when they come out in 2019.

Had allot of problems trying to hire someone to bend the a arm mounts for me. they always screwed them up. i made my own press brake to do it so i could make them perfect. i cnc machined the side blocks for the cam adjusters. made a special fixture to weld the the cam adjuster bolts.

I worked on my chassis over the holidays. Got the front and rear sections aligned with a laser and welded in the side rails.
6.0 wheels came in from Italy!!!!

Yes, I have bought two from them.  Each time they quoted me two months but it ended up taking 6 months.  This was with me going to their shop every week to see what was going on, but this was easy for me to do since they where 10 mins from my old business.

I was extremely happy with them once they where done, they sure are a thing of beauty and very well built.

Wow, I can tell this will be an excellent build.  Please keep the pics coming, I know how much people really like seeing them.  Do you have your Mendeola Transaxle yet?  They do awesome work, I've been to their shop a couple of times since they are local to me.

I ordered the transaxle in may of this year...still waiting. i will post more pics soon.

Mendeola is not known for being timely with their deliveries, you have to keep on top of them

Im am in the process of building a 6.0 Diablo. IVe been working on the project in my spare time for the last year. I now have more time to devote to the project, so the pace will pick up.

I have cnc milling and turning equipment in my shop. Im located in southwestern michigan. If you need something machined PM me.
I will be milling my own 6.0 wheels out of forged billet.

I plan to weld the front section to the back section of the chassis by the end of the year. Im using stacked main tubes in this and more gussets and a chromemoly roll bar to tie it all together and strengthen. the chassis is a mix of A513 and chromemoly steel tubing.

-408 Stroker LS Motor, twin turbo 1000HP
-Mendeola SDR-5 Stage III transaxle w/ custom bell housing and input shaft to fit my Mcleod street twin clutch.
