THREE times I've had this house under contract for sale, OK'ed by both lawyers, on my end & the buyer's end, and all three times it fell through.

I've lowered the price by almost $20K now, and have a lot more interest in it, but I also have an appointment at my bank this week, to see if I can get a bridge loan, to cover me until the house closes, so I can pay Safi off without making him wait any longer. The guy is a Saint!
