Light Bar Template

Does anyone remember who sold the light bar template for the warning lights for the Diablo. I used the template for the SV but do not recall who sold  it. Consisted of two pieces, one a template for drilling the holes and the second had the images on the back of a black panel that would illuminate when light shown through.
