Folks, I have seen a few videos on this with not real great detailed explanations. I put together a You tube video and hope it helps for those that may want to try this. I don't have a lot of special tools like a lathe or mill. I did have to find a tool guy to make my adapter bracket. Everything else I was able to do at home with a drill, grinder, cut-off wheel.
