It fits and I am working on connecting everything. Had to use the factory exhaust and modify the crossover pipe to fit the shift linkage. Also using a spintec muffler that we had to modify to work. Biggest item is how to male the throttle cable work.

Time to make the change from 2.8 to 3800.  Hope this goes well.
