This is what JMACK and I are using for our headlights.  These are quality HID projectors and the price reflects it.  :)

Have any of you installed the ones Robert posted?
Could you tell me what lenses and bulbs from these folks will work?
Their price is good!
Thanks
Peter

How did the buckets turn out? And seat foam? Pictures?
I'm sure a lot people will be interested in both parts!

thanks for the offer, but I don't want the ones from bierhanzel its missing the brows.  Also I don't want them in fiberglass, customer request it to be made of carbon or abs molded plastic.  I'm better off making a new set

will be vac forming a 1/4" thick sheet of anti scratch coated lexan for the lens, to give it a nice curve and structure.  Same stuff used for f1 fighter jets, it's super expensive for a 4x8 sheet around $900

I guess it also depends if you're going to use oem lens cause it's really thick or you're just placing a lexan lens on top

Why not make them oem size since your making the lense and bucket? You already have to cut the old buckets from the body since they're molded in. I read the G28 buckets aren't the same dimensions On each side as well.
