I saw his ebay af and it states he is selling a diablo with a bmw v12 but when I asked him about it, he said he didnt have it but he could build one for 40k plus parts and labor

No not cliff, the guy s name is Tom.  I've done business with him many many years ago and my results were good but I sent another member to him for door hinges a few years ago and that transaction didn't turn out as mine did.
