last time when I was in Palm Beach Lamborghini dealer , the sales man showed how to and store roof. I got video of it, but on Aventador the hood opened from bumper toward winshield, so am I missing something here as exact replica?

The shape of the hood makes it very tough to open with the hinges at the rear end unless you have oem hinges (the hood corners will hit the fenders).  If you put the hinges at the front it works better.  ...of course oem hinges are pretty cheap, so not really a good excuse...

On a related note...if you buy used hinges, make sure you get them from the same year Aventador...they changed them around 2014 and it's not overly obvious.  Had me scratching my head for a few days as to why I couldn't get them to work together...

Can someone tell me what the guy beside the car who is poking the ground is supposed to be doing? And why he rates a video? For that matter, can someone tell me what anybody in that video is supposed to be doing?
