On to my radiators.  Honda civic radiators, mounted in series.  Here's my framework.
Got my frame welded in.  Now, where did I put those radiators??
If I wanted to part with money that I don't have, I would purchase the custom radiators that are the cats meow.  However, I'm going cheap.  True, they would probably cool better if I moved the inlets and outlets.  We'll see on that and watch the water temps with my laser thermometer.  It is really starting to look like a Diablo. ::bounce ::bounce ::bounce   Jim

I was in the Marines from 99-05 and USAF 06-5/2012 glad to be finished OR glad they finished me I guess I should say ::tongue

Ya gotta have straps.
Ya gotta have a hanger cage for two mufflers.
They look like pigs in a poke.
Nice n tidy hangin in the chassis.  My exhaust pipes ended up being 12" long
Rear view of the car w/mufflers installed.  Yes, I did remove my rear bumper.  GTRs don't need em.

I looked my work over and decided to add a gusset here and there, added a brace or two, gotta have a solid framework.

My choice of a fuel cell.  15 gallon.  Enough for me.  My MSD fuel pump.  My battery box to be located in front of the RR wheel well.

During my O/H of the '99 4.6L Cadillac, I installed steel thread inserts in all of the main bearing bolt holes.  I also studded the cylinder head bolts, and the normal O/H things like rings, seals, resurfaced the heads, ground the valves etc.

I thought that I might try to make my own center caps on my lathe.  Here is the finished product with an Ebay Bull sticker on the cap.  I evidently chose the wrong type of nylon as the nylon was not flexible enough and the tabs broke off during installation so glue was used.   :'(  Live and learn.

Pic #1) My Firebird '99 power steering rack and pinion unit.
Pic #2  Due to body interference, I moved the rectangular 2x3 that comes up from the rocker to the inside of the rocker
           support tubing.  This connects the rocker to the door hinge support lateral brace which runs across the top of the
           dash and heater box.

What spring rate are you using on the front coil overs? Is that a South Bend lathe?
