This is the way things should be handled. This ensures there isn't any confusion for what a buyer is going to receive. And it also lets others know that the wing is available, and the price.

I agree, I was not trying to get something for nothing.  Anyone that's ever dealt with me knows better.  It's just the rear bumper without the wing is like having a burger and no bun, they go together.  Someone else may not be willing to sell the wing without the bumper.  I don't want to buy the bumper and can't find a wing.
