Sand cast, I made 3 individual molds first. Then transported them to the furnace to be poured in.

Nice!! Did you machine the aluminum or cast it? It looks cast exactly like oem with texture and radius corners/pockets.

The handles are aluminum. The springs are from my local hardware store. I heated them up and bent them accordingly.
