No i have them in a pernament position they look better like this i didnt want to put a motor in as i dont want to replace it down the road when it burns out

@ jdinner - cheers for that doesnt really make a differance as i buffer the entire disk and this removes and loose metal

Rather than grinding each hole after drilling, try touching a larger drill bit to the metal to clean up the hole. I leaves a nice chamfer and no scratches.
