Yes mate compression test was done with engine running at full capacity yip had is messed up  :'(

I done a compression test on the engine one cylinder was putting out 70psi middle was 50psi next one 50psi and fourth cylinder was 75psi they head was no holding compression should be around 170-180 so head is gone out with the engine for a re-build

Please explain what you mean here?

Did you do the compression test with the engine running?
Because thats what I think I am reading.

Compression tests must be done at cranking RPM. A running engine will fluctuate all over the place and give very low readings.
I will not be surprised if find nothing wrong with that motor.  The water/milky oil is caused from starting and stopping the engine without letting it warm up completely. Once it runs at for a while at operating temperature all that water burns off. It is normal.

You and your daughter stay strong and you'll conquer her illness together. 

I think it's awesome that you have your garage to escape too when it's time to take your mind off everything and who knew that building a Lambo could be "Chicken Soup for the Soul"?   ::sun
