I hated to sell it, but it seemed like the road was never ending. Mechanically, it was almost finished... engine, trans, wiring, drivetrain, plumbing all ran perfect. I had the body about 70% mounted, but when I started to fit body panels, nothing was even in the ballpark. Length, width, body contour was all wrong. I spent a month just getting one bat wing to work and I still didnt like the finished product. I spent 2 months on the engine cover and didn't like that either. I just go pretty fed up with it that I just sold it to a guy locally for a good cash offer. I basically broke even on cash out of pocket, but I lost about 1 million on my labor hourly rate, lol.
