I HAVE THEM! They are in one piece and look good. I will have company this Thursday through Sunday but Monday I will begin contacting everybody about final payment and delivery.

I would love to come get mine/visit/check out the build this weekend, unfortunately it will be a long while before I can make a journey like that. At this time I'm hoping I can convince you to ship me the glass whenever you have a chance! Let me know what additional cost there will be and I'll get you paid up!  ::wave

Is it too quick or would the ones that are picking them up like to come this weekend? The final Customs bill is paid, the release is done, they are scheduled for tomorrow. Some of the people that have bought the first Chupacabras are flying in this weekend to check progress, a few more guests and we can have an event bigger than Carlisle.

I got the final Customs bill today. I will pay that tomorrow and the windshields will be delivered Wednesday. Once I can actually put my hands on them, I will contact everybody for final payment and shipping arrangements.

   I should have gone to this Forum first, you beat me by a few minutes! December 28th is the arrival USA date. I know they will be scheduled for X-Ray and that will take an extra day, then a few day rail ride to Texas. Should be just after the first of the year, finally. Everybody that put a deposit and made this happen is good at $750, those last two are $1,000.

Our windshields are crated and DOT documented, the final payment has been processed, and they are about to be on the water. Ocean freight ETA's are not a certain thing but I should have one shortly to give us a close idea.

I got an email three weeks ago today that said the windshields were being crated. A week ago I sent an email asking why it was taking two weeks to crate them. No response. Today I sent an email saying that it is now three weeks to crate them and asking how long this process should take. I will let the Forum know as soon as I get a response.
