I am just now starting to work on a Diablo replica that I acquired some months ago. I will have plenty of questions for all of you. The first one pertains to the steering column surround. Should this 2 piece unit be painted or covered in some sort of covering? What did the original look like? This is a replica interior I believe for a 1998
