Autopro:  Being that the glass is laminate, you might find a glass shop that could resize it for you.  Whether they cut it and burn the laminate or wet grind it, I'm not an expert on anything glass.

I tried to measure the door glass via my CAD program and I came up with an approx piece 14" x 37.5".  Curvature is the "X" factor in any case.

By the way, I'm finishg some adjustments on the glass area of the 3d model of Aventador from the game "Forza motorsport 4", and create the glasses as NURBS surfaces, so I may upload the 3d glass files in *3dm and *IGES file formats, if someone want to use them as reference for ordering custom bent glass from your local glass shop. Note that the dimensions of the glasses are NOT 100% accurate to the genuine car, but will fit the 3d model I'm using to extract the cross-sections of my body plug plans, and the chassis designed by me. I believe that this same game model was used by 1-2 other guys who currently develop Aventador body kits, but I may be wrong.

Many current and previous generation VWs, old Skoda Octavia, some Seats (Seat is a Spanish brand owned by VW, not seat) etc were using laminated side glass for years.

Thanks for the list Jim, do you think that water jet would be the only way to go on cutting these windows?

Aspara,  I just measured my 97 Grand Prix 2-dr windshield:  Top=47" Side=33" Bottom=62.5"  Would this be worth checking out?
Also manufacturers have been installing laminated side windows in some models since 2012.  Keep your eyes open for cars with a large door.  I think that the glass could be water jetted to trim to size.

Jim

Hey Jim do you know what models have that style glass?  Thanks,
Pedro

Hey IKR, is the roadster glass the same as the coupe?

How much are you charging for a windshield + side windows

we are working on the windscreen in lexan for our prototype , then send one of the 2 off to be reproduced in laminated glass ,i tried to offer up this part to several of the people who plan on using these ,but no luck so we go alone an the price will reflect it later to recoup our cost
