silicone moulds should all be post cured for a few hours at around 400 degrees to assist with the
"silicone matrix cross-linking", and also to assist in compression setting.
the silicone will still shrink up to 4% after it has been initially cured, and when a two part plastic starts to cure it releases a lot off heat that could force a post cure on the inner portion of the mould causing both sections to bond or fuse, specially if the release has not been renewed each time.. or is silicone based itself.
another issue can be humidity or water in the components of the plastic, too much of one part over the other or cross contamination  and last.... age of material,  once opened shelf life degrades exponentially regardless of what it suggests on the label.
just my personal experience...

Frekote release. The silicone mold material doesn't call for a bake cure process.

What type of release are you using?, sometimes the release can actually cause the reaction if it isnt completely neutral to the mold and the cast medium.
also, did you bake out the mould after it was made?

An update for those who ordered inner door handles. Something went wrong with my plastic mix which caused the plastic to swell and adhere to the molds, ruining them. I just finished new molds and will have a second set done tomorrow. No one has complained about the wait but I like to keep people updated.
For those looking to order. I'm going to finish the current orders before taking on any more at this point. I'll post a update when more handles are available.  ;)

Who is selling the Inner Door Handles, I need 3 of them.

Please PM so I can buy them.

The handles are coming along nice. I should have the current orders done this week. I also have trim rings for the shifter plate. $20 + shipping.

Handles are $50 each with a minimum order of two.

ShulzeA is the one making them

SchulzeA, where are you on these now?  I'm pretty sure to be a buyer of 3.  I'd like to see where you end up with the aluminum look.
