Driver door card.  Wasnt fitting correclty.

Had to REDO, and remove some of the fiberglass on the upolstered door card.  Then re-glued the leather.

Wow the door card looks awesome. I used to have oem cards that were going to be modified but frank/digibeam took them and never heard from him again.

Any updates? are you installing those interior parts or just teasing us LOL?

Even with the Switch surround in his possession, we had to do a REDO on the opening to get it to fit.  Its an hour to 90 minute one way drive to drop them off.  GOt them back and will get them in after I gat back into town

When you make the interior pieces from scratch, the progress in painfully slow!  :LL:

Lots of tedious work in a small awkward area, most of it on your back while twisting and reaching hard to fit intricate pieces….good times! That's the detail that makes a quality build. Bravo!

With an OEM sized build at least, one could acquire OEM replica parts.  Having to make custom pieces for the G28, then fiddling with the gaps and then attachment points ..... dear god!

used  thin Masonite/laminate for the A pillar

For the long A pillar piece Made the 3 pieces.  Then Fiber glassed together. One long piece from front to the rear window

From the part pulled from the mold, I have been refining to get the final piece to use in the REDO.
