With a no start on the REDO, down the rabbit hole we go.
When the key was turn on, I couldn't hear the fuel pump coming on and there was no Pressure on the gauge on the fuel rail.
Checked the Relay - replaced still no fuel pump turning on.
Checked the connector down under the car by the fuel pump. intact- still no fuel pump
Took the relay off the connector.
Jumped the ORG wire which is constant 12V to the Tan/wht wire, which goes to the fuel pump and the fuel pump comes on!

The Grn/wht wire on the relay connector was jumped to the tan/wht and the ignition turned on. The Grn/wht wire comes from the ECM and it gives 12v for 2 seconds when the key is turn on to prime the fuel pump. When this was done nothing happened
The Clear ECM connector shows Pin 20 as an orange wire and has 12V constant. Tested that wire and no power.
Ran a jump from 12V to the ORange wire on pin 20. THen redid the test with the Grn/wht wire on the relay connector and we now have power!!

Instead of Trying to find where the orange wire on PIN was getting its power, I ran a new wire with a 10amo fuse block to the fusible link.
Put it all back together, all working fine now!
