Did some more trimming and fitting on thr lower lip on the bumper.  My only complaint with the bumper when i got it was the center section is to wide and the splitters are to far apart. I was able to take about 3 inches or so out of the middle and cheat the splitters in some. I think it looks alot better now. Still wider than oem but I am keeping the front radiatior on my car so it will probably work out better for air flow anyway.  Just have to bond and glass everything now.

Also did some more fitting of parts on the rear.
I can only take working on the back so much then I need a break from it. All of the trimming adjusting and clamping and doing it all over like 50 times for each piece drives me crazy after awhile. It is slowly coming together though. Inspire also made me rear grill bucks that I will use later on.

Good work! I think you are doing this the right way. I think this is the only way you can be sure of correct OEM fitment.
If I don't have time to do it right, when will I have time to do it over?

I decided to utilize the top portion of the oem bumper so it would keep the dimensions right and make fitment easy. Also my bumper had the factory inner structure so i was able to retain that.

started grafting the sv front bumper parts from inspire onto my 640 bumper.
Alot of slicing and dicing but the top is done. Still have somr trimming to do on the bottom lip. Then alot of grinding bonding and glassing.

I will try to do more photo and give more dimensional.
But for now I'm sick and I have to sit still a week at home.

Sorry to hear that, get better soon!

Mike that is one sexxy car your building! Where did you get the design for your spoiler brackets? Love it  :drool

The actual fiberglass wing Struts are from inspire composites.
The metal brackets for the struts I just made with some 1/2" square tube that I shaped on the tubing roller and drilled them out.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Started mocking up the rear bumper. I have already added some mounting points on the center section, but I have to still finish making mounting provisions on the outer sides along with trimming and fitting the bumper sides.
